A comprehensive list of our Terms and Conditions is available for review prior to purchasing a car and must be signed and agreed to at the time of collection.

Introduction

Our terms and conditions reflect the nature of classic cars and their unique characteristics.

These cars have far exceeded their originally expected lifespan, with none anticipated to still be around 40 to 80 years later.

Over time, the materials and components used in their construction, such as those prone to rust, wear and tear, and general aging, naturally degrade despite maintenance or restoration efforts.

This is why we have these terms in place—not because we are aware of any specific reason to withhold a warranty, but because the age and inherent vulnerabilities of these cars make it impractical to offer one.

While we strive to provide a clear and accurate description of each vehicle's condition, it's important to remember that classic cars, with their age and unique characteristics, should not be compared to modern cars.

We appreciate your understanding of these factors as part of the charm and challenge of owning a classic car.

Terms & Conditions

All cars are sold under an “As-Is” sale agreement, meaning they are sold strictly in their current condition.

The seller makes no representations or guarantees about the cars condition, and the buyer accepts the car "with all faults," whether known or unknown at the time of sale.

We do not provide any guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding the cars mechanical condition, historical authenticity, or legal compliance, including registration, roadworthiness, or licensing.

It is the sole responsibility of buyers to conduct their own due diligence prior to purchase. This includes arranging independent inspections, obtaining professional evaluations, and seeking legal advice, if necessary.

By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the cars condition as it exists at the time of sale.
